Change color on hover html block

Hello! I have 3 HTML blocks that I use in the main menu (https://cesaicumpar.ro/)

How can I change text color on hover? Right now I know only how can I zoom in or rotate on hover, but not change the color

You can change the font by means of the Advanced typography option, which allows you to choose the item from a drop-down or insert your custom CSS class. Please navigate to the Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced Typography.
