Change condition checkbox on checkout page

how can i move the conditions checkbox at the checkout page directly above the “submit order” button. Now its directly under the payment (mobile) and many customers don’t see it there.

Such modification would require complicated Woocommerce template customization which is not covered by our support. You will have to find a developer who would do it for you.
