Change date on estimated Delivery

Hi Team

I want to change the estimated delivery date as follow:

Mo, 25.11. – We, 27.11.

In WordPress Global setting its: D, d.m.

So i found a way to do this in wordpress but its global then and all git this dates without a year. i only need it for this estimated delivery tool. The reason behind this: i want to do this cause in mobile view it always cuts words like „november“ to the next line and it makes less readable cause they are too long.
the year is not needed imo. Is there a way to change this? Ot add a field in the theme setting for estimated delivery where i can put in the codes like in wordpress itself?
