Change font colors for Dark and Light themes

Hello,
I have a couple of things I can’t find the options for….
1. I would like to change the default color of the theme’s Dark and Light options, at least in the footer widgets. I see in the Advanced Typography options, there’s Widget Prices but nothing else. And the theme seems to be overriding my custom CSS. Is there a way to adjust the Dark and Light font colors?
2. I’m using the homepage layout for the Bike theme. I can’t find a way to make the sticky menu on the homepage white (light) rather than dark after scrolling. I want to keep the transparent main header, but make the sticky header white.

It is not possible to change the color with two lines of code. It would require numerous CSS snippets, and Advanced typography would be a much better way.
Do you want to change the color on the home page only? Please provide your site URL.
