How can I achieve that?

You can change the font by means of the Advanced typography option, which allows you to choose the item from a drop-down or insert your custom CSS class in the custom selector. Please navigate to Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced Typography.

This is an HTML Block in Main Navigation. I would like to change the style for Title of Extra menu list plus the list items. For example the size, style, color etc.

When you create an HTML block with sub-menu items. You can add a class and then use Advanced typography and this custom class.
