Change front page

Hi there,

I’m just beginning to understand Woodmart.

I chose the shop page as my home page (http://meine-holzmanufaktur.de/) but I don’t know where to start. Where could I change things like the sidebar or the icons in the picture where it says shop. Sorry if this is a stupid question but I just to to get started with a little help. Cheers

Thank you so much purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

The sidebar can be changed in Appearance -> Widgets. Icons for categories you can upload while editing them in Dashboard -> Products -> Categories.

Could you please tell me where I can define the products which will be shown on the shop page (https://woodmart.xtemos.com/shop/)?

Can I set one product per category or something similar?

Hi,

This page is the main shop page and it displays all products available in the store. You can publish or move products to draft in Dashboard -> Products.

Thanks, so I can’t change the order of the products shown?

Shouldn’t I use the shop page as home page at all? Could you maybe give me an alternative page I could use as home with similar style?

You can reorder your products in Dashboard -> Products -> Sort products. You can set any page as your front page in Dashboard -> Settings -> Reading.
