1. Header’s background color

Navigate to WoodMart > Header builder > edit default header (highlighted star icon) or you can go through admin bar directly https://prnt.sc/Ct9ehRDvvDV9.

Click on the Settings icon https://prnt.sc/8D-wF4ABufyO > Style tab and you change the background color https://imgbb.com/vXZKcrW

2. Footer

Go to Theme Settings > Footer > Footer and you can change background color as well.
