change Hosting and domain name

If I am changing the domain name and hosting will the theme work or do I need another license?

A lot of site owners need to have a staging and production site in order to test something on the staging before integrating on the live site and for this purpose, our license can be activated twice.

However if a site owner wants two different sites, he will need to purchase one more license.
