i just want to change “in stock” design and make it appear as a button
with css file should i edit and how can i disply progress bar

Sorry it requires customization to change the design of “in stock” as it is not possible with the theme options. This is beyond our limitations and support policy.
You can enable the stock progress bar for single product page from Theme Options >> Product Page >>SHOW / HIDE ELEMENTS >> Stock progress bar.
For the shop page you can enable the progress bar from Theme Options >> SHOP >> PRODUCTS STYLES >> Stock progress bar

I’m glad that you resolved the issue and make the look of “In stock” which you want as button.
I told you that it is impossible with the current theme options not with the custom code. Also this styling might be disturbed in some situations and in other layouts. So it’s a little risky.
