These labels are product attribute. You need to create appropriate attributes, add them to products and configure label to show on the products http://prntscr.com/loee51

Then you display products by means of AJAX Product Tabs http://prntscr.com/loeesd

We have not tested any with our theme so it is difficult to recommend. I would recommend sarting with this one https://wordpress.org/plugins/salon-booking-system/

This is free and flexible plugin. It has option to integrate with Google calendar, phone text messaging and email notification.

You can rewrite the stings of the plugin with Loco and configure it as per your needs.
