change links in top bar

hi guys!

i would love to change the links in top bar when base header is chosen. both of them, home and blog, how is that possible?? thank you so much!

Hello,

You need to select a menu which is in topbar and edit it. Topbar links can be changed in Dashboard -> Appearance -> Menus -> Edit Menus.
