Change logo and category name

1.how do I change the logo ? I did it in heading edit, but its not updated
2.how do I change the category , let all appear, now only appear 5 of them
3. how to change the sentence on the pic “a new line over all for the little one

1. The thing is that the Home page could have a separate header, I suggest you edit the Home page and check the Custom header for this page option in the Page settings. https://take.ms/Jb3Ee

Then edit exactly that header from Custom header for this page and change the logo.
