Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
1. There is no option to show text in the logo, there is only option to use the image on the logo.
2. You can disable the popup in the Theme Settings > Shop > Promo popup

We regret out theme does not have the option to show text instead of the logo. We suggest a way-out:
Logo:
1. Choose and set 1. Base header or Logo center or Menu in top bar template in the Theme Settings > Header > HEADER LAYOUT
2. Add a text widget in Appearance > Widgets > Widget area in the Header
3. Add this code to the Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global:.site-logo .basel-logo { color: white; font-size: 3vw; font-weight: 600; white-space: nowrap; text-decoration: none!important; } .site-logo .basel-logo img { display: none; } .site-logo .basel-logo:after { content: "Text logo"; }Promo popup:
Please check once again: Dashboard > Theme Settings > Shop > Promo popup https://gyazo.com/b879f4650abdf3f70da8031e5dc623bf
If you do not have the option or it does not work, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and provide the site admin access to the private area.
