Please navigate to Woodmart > Header builder http://prntscr.com/iyd2pe
Choose the proper header type (your current) http://prntscr.com/iyd333
Find the Category element: http://prntscr.com/iyd3h3 and set which menu to show, you create this menu in the Appearance > Menu
Take into consideration that there is also the mobile view of your header http://prntscr.com/iyd3v3 check all the elements there.

You create this menu in Appearance > Menu, just drag and drop menu items as per your needs.
You can insert the Category element in any place in the Header, and besides, there is the Mega menu element allowing to place this menu in any place of the site: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/add-edit-builder-elements/ and https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/shortcodes-2/
