I want to change MY ACCOUNT HOME BLOG CART at top bar how can i do this?

I know that if I go to Appereance-> Menus -> Top bar I can chage the categories but I want to put there some social icons

You can add a shortcode with social icons in the “Text in the header top bar” Theme settings > Header > Top bar http://prntscr.com/mi8wm2
Icons will appear here http://prntscr.com/mi8wu3
Or add additional items to the menu in top bar with links on your social profiles
