Change number of columns in product_categories

    I’m trying to adjust the number of columns using the following shortcode:

    [product_categories parent="0" columns="6"]

    However, it keeps displaying only 3 columns, regardless of the value I set for “columns.”

    I’m experiencing the same issue with this shortcode:

    [product_category columns="6"]

    Could you please advise on how to resolve this? I’d appreciate any guidance on making these adjustments work correctly.

    Clarify where you have defined those shortcodes and also, did you check how it works on the default theme?

    Hi, I created a page and added the shortcode to show all the top categories [product_categories parent="0" columns="6"]. But it is showing in 3 columns. I checked the documentation – https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/product-category/ which shows how to change the number of columns.

    Kindly not ask me a question when I ask a question but give me some directions so we can make faster progress. Thanks.

    Hello,

    The number of columns comes from the Shop page – https://prnt.sc/B6m_8Bo07Jyt, if you want to use another number of columns, use our Product Categories element which has the option to change the number of columns.

    Thank you for quick response. Is now working correctly.

    I have an error – pls see attached image. It appeared for a few weeks now. Now sure where it comes from. Pls advise how to remove it. Thanks
