Change numbers in slider to text

Hi,

I am using the Slider feature as Elementor does not have a decent tab function with tabs at the bottom. So the feature works nice but the owl slider displays numbers. How can I change the numbers to words?

I saw the screenshot you attached.

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that. You can choose the pagination options by editing the slider from Dashboard >> Slides >> Slider.
