Change Order and Style Menu Header

Hello I want to change the style and the content of the Header category menu.
Can I assign only Certain Categories or even complete custom links?

No, you cannot choose the categories there are displayed all available. You can change the background color and image on the heading, enter the shop page and find the option, more details here: https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/options-for-pages-2/
