Change pictures

I created a new page and imported a template but I can not figure out how to change the pictures to what I want them to be from the template pictures.

Edit the Promo banner widget and in the background settings, change the image.

The promo banner widget is not installed. When I go to widgets this is what it shows. I do not see anything that takes me to the page I am trying to edit the pictures of. I also went into the page itself and nothing there shows an edit option.

it is currently installed on a local drive only while I am working on the site. please give me step by step screen shots to do this as I have already shown you the screen shots on my end. There is no way for me to edit the picture as you previously stated. Are you using gutenberg or elementor as I think this is the reason why I am having so many issues with this template and pages.
