change portfolio URL

Hi, I’m trying to change portfolio URL wording (from portfolio to lavori), bui it seems it si not working:
I changed te url in the them settings section:
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=xts_theme_settings&tab=general_portfolio_section

and then, as adviced, I checked the wordpress general permalink settings to resave. +
actually I did’nt find a specific section about portfolio in the wordpress general permalink settings, but I made a slight change and resaved anyway.

Am I missing something?

You need to change the slug of the Portfolio page, then add slugs for single and category pages. Please save Permalinks in the Dashboard> Settings.

that is exactly what I did, but it didn’t work. I can change Portfolio page’s URL, but slug for single and category is not changing to my input. What else should I try?

I changed the url as requested and resaved permalink in wordpress settings, but nothing changed, Portfolio project URL slug sticks to ‘portfolio’ while I need it to be ‘lavori’

what else can I do?

Then create a new one, insert the correct title, which would generate the appropriate slug, then set this page as the Portfolio page and serve Permalinks.

I deleted ‘portfolioL‘ page, created a new one ‘progetti’, set this new one as portfolio page, resaved permalink in wp settings. but nothing changed: Portfolio project URL slug is always ‘portfolio‘ instead of ‘ /lavori‘.

What else can we do?
