Change social follow buttons to 'dark mode'

My footer background is white and I can’t see my social follow buttons until I hover over them. The css behind says ‘light mode’. Where is the setting to change these buttons to dark mode?

I have tried that. It’s already set to dark. It made the footer navigation menu appear but not the social buttons.

Please try adding the following Custom CSS in the Global Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

color: rgba(0,0,0,.4) !important;
}
