change social icon from share action to simple redirection

Hello,
The social icons on the top right menu (cf. screenshot) are shares icons which means that they allow to share the website on facebook, twitter etc. However I would like to transform them into redirection which means that when I click on the facebook icon for example, it should redirect me to the facebook page of the website. Is that possible?

Please navigate to Woodmart > Header builder http://prntscr.com/iyd2pe
Choose the proper header type (your current) http://prntscr.com/iyd333
Enter social icons element http://prntscr.com/iyd3h3 and set “Follow”
Take into consideration that there is also the mobile view of your header http://prntscr.com/iyd3v3 check all the elements there.

I am not sure that I have explained well my problem because your answer does not fit. In fact, I know how to add social icons element and I already did it actually as you can see in my first screenshot but these social elements allow to share my website. However, I need to get social elements that I can link them to a specific facebook page and not to share the website. Otherwise, I want that when I click on facebook icon for example that I get redirected to the facebook page of my company.

If you have set the social icons to share, they would share, you need to set “follow” or add one more element. Please provide your site admin access I will check how you have added the element.
