change template

I just want the graphic design, because the site is indexed and I just want to give it a different feel, not like it is now, but with that template. Can I import the pages and product sheets and publish them once I’ve finished them?

On the staging site, go to WoodMart > Prebuilt websites > Select Pottery demo and import it. and you can copy or export the desired sections or export the theme settings to the live site. or other content types without affecting the live site.
