Change Text Attributes

Hi, I need help changing the text transformation attribute in the header and the titles. I already tried using

* {
text-transform: none !important;
}
h1, h2, h3 {
text-transform: none !important;
}

But no change was made in the header and titles. Can you please help me to set up the text attribute to none. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for screenshots.

I checked the settings and no uppercase attribute was set. Can you please try to use default font family, please cache and double check?
