Change the background color on "Browse Categories"

That method is no recommended anymore tho . .
its said you should make the ‘header changes via the header builder ‘
i have done so , even did same as https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=33wzmtv-71s&t=0s&list=PLMw6W4rAaOgI5rk5lf0JqYXwPEkOAsAxt&index=5
but still category colour remains the same.
the ‘Header bottom’ will change color , but the ‘Categories’ its self, nothing.
