Change the hover colour

Good evening, can you provide me the code to change the hover colour when you hover over my menus at the top and for the search bar, the wish list, and and the cart. I would like the colour to be “ff4f00”

If you want to change the color on hover for all the items, you can use Primary color option in the Theme Settings > Styles and colors.

I have already done that and I have deactivated all the plugins on the website, however the hover buttons are still green when on the Theme Settings > Styles and colors it is orange.
