Change the language of the Login / Register text on the main menu

Hello,

I use Locotranslate in order to translate some texts to spanish but I have issues changing the Login / Register text on the top menu.
Can you please point me how to change it?

Hello and thanks for the advice, but I already followed the steps on the video, changed the words that I want to change on the theme section of Loco Translate but it keeps showing the same title as the screenshot attached.

We see that you are also using WPML plugin and it seems that they have some conflict between each other. Try to translate this word with WPML String translations.
