Change the position of the prefooter

I would like to change the position of the prefooter and move it downwards to ensure that the footer and prefooter are attached without spaces
how can I do?

Please add below Custom CSS code to Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global custom CSS:

    margin-bottom: -40px;
