1. You configure the categories in the Product categories element. It can be grid or carousel.

2. Number 4 text is a part of the image I cannot change it with CSS.

3. You can configure the number of columns on mobile in the Theme Settings > Product archive > Product grid.

It is not possible to change the layout of the slider, unfortunately.

If you want to change a grid, I can give your CSS, changing the layout would break the slider functionality.
