Change the text in the Cookie Policy banner

Can I change the text and translate it into the language I need, and more importantly, can I also add links to the Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy? How can I go about changing this?

You can change the text easily from Theme Settings >> General >> Cookie law info: https://ibb.co/nqVZgqWY

Yes, you can add the custom HTML code as well in the box to add the links.
