Change the way a button works

Hi team,

Is there a way to change how a button works? For example, if you go on this page:

https://acmesol.cidevconcept.com/product-category/aviation-de-icers/ (on desktop or laptop)

And hover over the button that says “Add to quote list” it then shows a shopping cart. (which I think immediately adds that product in the shopping cart). Is there a way to remove that functionality? Is there a way to just make it so that when the user clicks on the button it takes them to the product itself rather than adding it to the cart? Thank you!

Unfortunately, there is no such option in our theme and WooCommerce by default. It may require additional code customization or an extra plugin but we don’t have an instruction for this. It is out of our theme support scope.
