Change Width of Blog Post Page

Hello,
Newbie here, but really enjoying this theme so far.

I don’t like the look of my blog post page. The images are far too large and it stretches too far across the page. http://staging.pemcolighting.com/about/pemco-news/
I don’t want to change this on every page; just the blog page.
I’m unsure where to change this, please. If it requires a CSS, please let me know where to insert the code as this is something unfamiliar with.

First of all, consider the option to set a different design for your post and change the number of items in a row. You can find this option in the Theme Settings > Blog.
