change word

Hello,
I need two things.
1. In the mobile menu that I put in the header on the desktop, I need the word Menu to be replaced by the word “Categories”
2. I’m using the Cars demo, in the Hero section with search + banners section, I need the search field and the text below “Example search by SKU: EW200-12” not to appear on the desktop.
It’s possible?

The mobile menu has the option to show the categories in the second tab.

You can disable the SKU search in the Theme Settings > Shop.
