Changed homepage layout and not able to get the old one back.

I had to make some changes to my homepage (www.smartphosis.com) and after saving them the whole layout crushed. I am using the prebuilt electronic store homepage with some changes on it. Can you please have a look at it and assist me in getting it back to the prebuilt layout.
