Changed hosts so i cant install woodmart again

So i have been using GoDaddy for a while but due to their weak support and services i had to change my host to another provider. It is also important to note that i have kept my domain in GoDaddy. However now that i have installed a new WordPress on the new host , i don’t have access to WOODMART anymore , therefore i wanted to download it again but unfortunately it says that my link has expired. My question is , isn’t the theme installed on my domain ? because this is still the same project , i have only changed my host provider. I hope this doesn’t mean i have to rebuy the license just because i changed hosts.

1. Disable the license key from the old domain via your account on our website and then you can use the same key for the new domain

I tried but when i try uploading the theme it gives me this error

Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to set such values:
memory_limit 256M
post_max_size 64M
upload_max_filesize 64M
max_execution_time 180
max_input_vars 10000
Then try to upload the theme, let me know the result.
