changed menu for products in second language

Hi
I have a multilingual website in 2 languages and after last patch in theme settings, header menu in one of my languages changed to default header however in theme settings I set the header to my header and in one of the languages shows my header but in other language shows the default. I also delete the defualt header but still shows the default for one of my languages.
how I must fix it and how I can remove woodmart footprint such as logo and … in my theme?
I paid for theme and it’s fair to remove every footprint of woodmart in my front side of website!
