Hi, we changed the domain from .IT to .COM.
in the databases we changed all the references from .IT to .COM and deleted the cache but some graphic customizations are no longer present, for example the header, the footer, the slider images etc…
It’s as if the reference to the .IT domain was present in the template \ pulgin files. How can I fix it? Can you help me? Thanks

    Hello,

Do you mean that after changing the domain, the custom CSS from Theme Settings -> Custom CSS was gone?

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

    Kind Regards

Hi no: I had customized the header from HEADER BUILDER and the footer from them Setting – Footer and from widget but with the domain change the customizations disappeared. In the header for example I had inserted our logo and after the change the Woodmart logo came back

Clarify which plugin you use to clone the site and move to another hosting.

I didn’t use any plugin after the hosting changed from .IT to .COm I opened the database with notepad and made a replace from bonannodresshome.IT to bonannodresshome.COM. Then I unloaded all the files via ftp and via notepad I made a replace inside all the files

Hi, you can close this thread as I’m manually reconfiguring the header and footer. Thanks

    Hello,

Okay, glad that you have sorted it out.

Next time, I suggest you use the staging platform and the plugins for import/export theme so in such a way you can save all info.

Always remember that you can reach out to us with any questions you may have.

    Have a good day!

    Kind Regards
