Changed the header size in the CSS but need to reload to see it.

I have a problem with the height on featured image on the category header image.
Changed the default height in the CSS within the theme options so it´s 600px high.
It´s works but I need to reload the page every time so it trigger my higher value.

I empty the cache, inactivated the all cache plugins, tried other computers, browsers and tried to get it work but the problem presist. How do I solve it?
