1. We have moved out of the basket icon = (
2. Where can I translate the text “Before proceed to checkout you must add some products to your shopping cart.
You will find a lot of interesting products on our “Shop” page.” ?
As for the file we have not found it.

1. Here is a code snippet to fix cart basket bug, add it to the Custom CSS

.cart-empty {
line-height: 1.5;
}

2. You are able to change this text in Theme Settings -> Shop -> Empty cart text
