Changes made which are not reflecting on actual page

Hi,

1) I’ve tried changing the default sorting setting from “default” to “sort price low to high”. On customize page on backend, it’s showing correctly but the real page does not reflect the changes and the sorting is still on “default”

2) I’ve also tried changing the layout of a category page but it’s not reflecting as well
