changes to the buttons when logging in with my account

When I log in to my account to work on the dashboard, the appearance of the buttons and the hover operation change. It also shows some parentheses symbols and move the title to the right.
What could this be due to? I attached images

Please try to disable all plugins except these ones:

Elementor or WPBackary
Woodmart Core
WooCommerce
Enable the Parent theme

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
