Changes to the Size Guide table are not saved

Hi guys,

I’m trying to edit the Size Guide table. I can delete/add rows, change contents. I save it, I can see my changes. But if I exit the page and open again for editing – my changes are not there, the table is in pristine form.

And the same thing on the product page – the Size Guide is in its original form, my changes are not saved.

What could be the reason and what can be done?

It’s magic. It still doesn’t save under my account, but I tried logging in with the login details I created for you – and it works!

Even the word “woodmart” in the login details helps fix the issue. What a great support! :))

But what could be the problem with under my account not saving? This is the first time I’ve ever seen this happen.

Hello,

Either it’s something related to the permissions or to the cache. So make sure that another account has the same permissions.

Mila, I had the very same problem with you. I checked my permissions (cache cleared and disabled) and everything was as it should. However, I couldn’t save the size guide table with my original admin account. I made another one just to check your theory and it actually worked! From the new admin account every change on the size guide table would be saved and shown in the product pages.

If I try to make any new changes to the size guide table from my original admin, would it save it? I am too afraid to test on my production e-shop. Did you try to make any changes again from your original admin account after you successfully saved the size guide table from your new admin account?

Hi Chris,

Under my default administrator account, the Size Guide is still not saved.
I just decided to use another admin account specifically for the Size Guide 🙂

Hello,

Please send access to both accounts: 1 where the table saves and another account where it doesn’t save so I will contact the developer’s team for further investigation.
