Changes visible in Elementor but not front end.

Hello,
Having issues where changes are visible in Elementor editor but once saved they are not displaying on the front end or editor.
I have done the following steps to try and solve.
1 – WP admin > Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS. Then, you can clear the cache (WP cache and browser cache) and refresh the page.
2 – Cleared server level caching
3 – Cleared Browser cache and checked the site in a private/incognito window.

That wasn’t the issue. I have a different phone number inputed in the Elementor editor and that phone number is not showing on the front end. See the contact us page.
Also, when updating Elementor plugin the following error was sent. See private content.
