Changing cart to bag

Hey there,

Its easy to change the cart icon to a bag icon in the header, but how do you change refernce to cart in the rest of the site? For example:
– the wording from ‘add to cart’ to ‘add to bag’
– remove the cart icons in the cart page
– Make page title ‘Shopping bag’ instead of ‘shopping cart’ on empty and full page

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme.

1. You can change your shopping cart icon to bag in Theme Settings -> Header -> Shopping cart -> turn on “Alternative shopping cart icon” option.

2. All texts may be easily changed with Loco Translate plugin. Here is a video tutorial that should help you work with this plugin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tAFq1yTfWfU

If you will have any additional question, please provide your admin access since we can’t see your web-site now because of maintenance mode.

Hi I tried this approach and it has changed the wording to ‘basket’ but I want to change the wording to ‘bag’ as this is what makes sense for fashion websites. Do you have any other ideas?

Just want to change the wording on:
Product detail page
– Add to cart / basket button to ‘add to bag’
Mini cart flyout
– ‘Shopping cart’ to ‘Bag’
– ‘View basket’ button to ‘View bag’
Cart page
– ‘Cart’ page heading to ‘My bag’
– ‘Basket totals’ to ‘Total’

Did you try to use Loco Translate plugin for this task? You can easily change all these text via this plugin POT file translations.
