Changing color Menu only in one name-item in main menu

I saw the screenshot you attached.

Please try adding the following Custom CSS in the Global Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

#menu-item-389 a.woodmart-nav-link {
    color: green;
}
