Changing default background images and customizing category settings

Hello,
I can’t remember how to change the default background images that display across all categories on the site. How can I specifically change the background image for a single category, as I plan to adapt them for each theme?
I would also like to know if there are options to adjust the display settings for the category labels that appear over the background image. Additionally, is there a parameter to adjust the opacity of the background image to make the categories stand out more clearly?

Navigate to Products > Categories > Edit Category > upload the Image for “Image for the category page title”.
