i could not find a place to change heading font size, and i saw the previous topic to paste code in file. but because i am using wordpress.com , i couldnt access my file….

You can change the font by means of Advanced typography option, which allows to choose the item from a drop-down or insert your custom CSS class. Please navigate to the Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced Typography.

another question, because i dont know how to wirte code , how do i know the specific class name for each line if i want to change the font size? thank you

You can inspect any specific line and notice the class name as in the screenshot: https://jmp.sh/lFw7sbi

And then change the font size by putting that class as a custom selector in “Advance Typography” as in the below screenshot: https://jmp.sh/9oZ3SiC

So in this way you do not have to write any code. Just have to mention your class and add a rule for that specific class.
