As you want to display those tabs titles in the dutch language. Simply edit your page with Wp-Bakery builder and then edit the “Product Tab” elements one by one and put your desired title and hit save changes.
To add new ones simply click on the plus icon shown below the tab list and to delete any those tabs click on cross button shown when you hover over a tab.
