These categories on the 1-2.png screen are made by means of HTML blocks + Mega menu.

1. Create an HTML block with this layout: http://prntscr.com/kfvjku

2. Insert HTML block ID into description: https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/create-menu/

Remove all the sub-items from Appearance > Menu > Category menu, add them in the HTML block/
