When we add a new product, it appears at the top of the grid layout based on its date and time of addition. How can I arrange the products in the grid layout on category pages according to my preference? I want to sort the products as I want

You can change the sorting in Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce > Product catalog.

Unfortunately, there is no such option right now in theme settings. You need to find any third-party plugin to achieve more functionality that best suits you.
